Q. Are there any prerequisite training required to begin Pilates classes?
A. No previous training is necessary. The Pilates method of exercise is a great way to introduce exercise to a beginner and it can also be very challenging to an advanced exerciser. Age is not a factor.

Q. Do I need to do Mat classes before I begin Reformer or Tower class?
A. No. You can begin in equipment class or in mat class.

Q. How many times a week should I take class?
A. 2-3 times a week is recommended.

Q. Do I need any special clothing or equipment needed?
A. No special clothing is needed. Wear something comfortable and non-restrictive that is not too oversized. No need to bring a mat. The Studio has all the equipment that will be used.
