Philosophy

Espiral Pilates and Fitness is a student-centered program of physical conditioning with an emphasis on the work of Joseph Pilates, the Franklin Method®, sports specific training, corrective exercise and the overall promotion of health and well being. We offer group classes as well as individual instruction. The size of our classes are small and our approach is personal. Beginners are always welcome. It is never too late to make a change!


Equipment

The studio currently has 5 combination reformer/tower machines, 8 chairs, 12 mats, 1 cadillac, 1 high barrel, 1 spine corrector, 1 foot corrector, stability balls, 1 Ped-o-Pull, BOSUs, magic circles, elastic bands, medicine balls and various small apparatus, TRX Suspension Trainer®, TRX Rip Trainer®.




Etiquette/Studio Policies:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your initial session to complete paper work.
  • Please mute your cell phone.
  • Reservations for classes should be made 24 hours in advance. Equipment classes require a minimum of 2 participants. Mat classes require a minimum of 3 participants. Drop-ins available.
  • Reservations required for private & semi-private sessions.
  • Cancellations must be at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled session. Please call the studio to cancel a scheduled session. If you are canceling late, you will be charged for the full session.
  • Snow/Inclement Cancellation Policy: Espiral will contact clients via email and post a notice on the website if the studio will be closed due to inclement weather. Classes will not automatically be cancelled if Central Bucks School District closes school or delays the opening. If you are uncertain please call to confirm your appointment/reservation.
  • All class and private sessions packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.
  • Class and private packages are non transferable.
